Cancellation / Late Arrival / No Show Policy 


CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 48hrs cancellation notice is required. If an appointment is cancelled after the 48hr window you will be charged a 50% fee of your appointment booking. A payment link via SumUp will be automatically sent for you to fulfil immediately.

LATE ARRIVALS

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive beyond this I will not be able to carry out your full treatment but you’re full booking will be changed for.

NO SHOWS

Anyone that does not show for their appointment will be required to pay 75% of their missed appointment. A payment link Via SumUp will be sent for you to fulfil immediately.

Every client receives 2 reminder text messages (72hrs & 24hrs) before their appointment. Therefore, if you do need to change an appointment going forward as always I will do my absolute best to accommodate those changes. I just ask that you can organise that when you receive your 72 hour reminder (or before).
